I am also interest in smart contract coding. Should we launch a Blockchain meet up in Chiang mai ?

Just a question, when you say “ working on blockchain related technology "

Is it about technology and encryption ? or about speculations and investment on crypto currencies ?

A meeting could be good both ways, there are a few scammers networking around Chiang Mai at the moment, trying to get people to put their money on something they don’t understand … I would love to learn more about the reality of the technology, the recent clash inside the bitcoin community and the creation of specific crypto currencies as a way to crowd-fund a project.

For remind the current status in Chiang mai. 

I also know that scamers problem too. 

To me,i was a semiconductor FAB site engineer. Now i am start working and study on blockchain smart comtract and the mining related programing. I am also interesting in blockchain encryption area. We also have a team and a mining farm in the other country. 

Just got some idea here. Wish there have a chance to meet some experienced people here or just like knowledge sharing meet up. 

By the way,i will back to Chiangmai next Sunday.

Bonjour Yorick, John and John,

Thanks for your answers. Yes there is a meetup in Chiang Mai but they are focused on dealing with money (can’t really call it investment), I have contacted them to know if there is any technology talking involved but doesn’t seem so. 

So there are people interested in technical part, not many involved yet. That s a start, how about a meet up an evening next week ?

I think it's a moment to make a meet up here.or make a 3mins quick sharing in the event.

Then, going deep in next meet up. something like that...

But, I am traveling back to my country currently. and schedule to go back to Chiang Mai after 13th or 14th Aug.
