How's the BarCamp video going? I'd really like the summary video to
show at the next Canberra Web Standards Group on 22 May. Which means
it needs to be ready very soon.

I've been really busy with work and CIT the last weeks, which is why I
haven't had a chance to email you. I'm hoping I can find some time to
get the video done for you over the next week. Any word on the music
from Nat, or should we pick something else? Last I heard he was really
busy too.
Thanks for being understanding,
J
Is there anyone else who has more time than I do to get the video done
for Steve. I havn't lost interest in the project, there is just no way
I'll have enough time to knock out the video before the 22nd. Between
the two jobs I'm working at the moment and CIT, I'm not going to have
time. Really sorry about this. I just figured that there might be
someone out there who has more time. I can provide all the raw footage,
and what I have so far (which isn't a lot). I'm about 3/4 the way
through one speech, I'm adding lower thirds with URLs and things like
that. And as soon as I get some time, I plan to continue doing the
speeches. Just can't meet the deadline Steve needs the highlight/promo
reel between all my other commitments.
Once again, really sorry. And if anyone is interested, I can upload
the raw footage to my server and give you the link, or I can run a DVD
around to someones house.

My skills are very limited too :P I was using Adobe Premiere (for
windows) but you could use final cut on the mac. I can give you a trial
of Premiere if you need. I think it also has a mac version.

iMovie would do the trick no problems. Steve, If you want to organise a
time, I can burn off onto DVD the footage for you? (Is DVD a valid
medium for you?)

Probably prefer video files (Quicktime or whatever). But DVD is doable.
Yes. raw .avi would be sweet. Let me know when and I'll drop down and
grab them.
