Final face-to-face meeting

G’day all,

I’ve ticked off a few more of the to-dos on the Base Camp site (http://acidlabs.grouphub.com/projects/2812612/todo_lists
) and otherwise it looks like most things are organised.

Only thing left really now is finalising sponsorship. I’ve yet to hear
back from Shayne at Sitepoint regarding getting our $600 preemptively
from them for the conference. Other than this everything should pretty
much fall into place, but I’d like to over it all quick including
sponsorship at a face-to-face meeting to make sure it all runs
smoothly when the day comes—and we’re only about 18 days off now!

So, between now and preferably this time next week I’d vote for
sitting down over a coffee or even vittles to iron out the last
details. Any times between this Wednesday and next week Wednesday that
suit you particularly well or not all all? List ’em so we can find a
date that suits hopefully all of us. :)

Mhh… not much feedback. :(

I’m just going to stick my hand out and propose a date and time for a
final meeting and go from there: Tuesday 18., next week at 12:30
somewhere in Civic? How does that suit everyone?
