Planning kickoff

Today, Martin Kleppmann, Mat Clayton, Lee Theobald and I met up for
lunch to start planning this event.

I've created a rough draft Google Docs for us to all work from. Have a
look and add to the document if you'd like to get involved:

having any issues accessing it!

As soon as details start to take shape, we'll announce them in here,

Good stuff that you've met up to get this kick-started. I've been a bit too busy to keep up these last few weeks :-(

But I'd love to lend a hand. I'd see myself best helping you out with the "Comm & Pimping Out" bit :-). Being a Red Gate resident I can also help out with any venue issues.

I created a Google Wave for this as Vero suggested in the doc. Would
be nice to use it for something for once. Not too sure how to send a
link to a Wave out so try searching for "BarCamb 3 Organisation Wave"
or give me your Google account address and I'll send one out.

Afaik, you'll need to make the Wave public by inviting
pub...@a.googlewave.com to the conversation first.

To search for public Wave, you must add "with:public" in the search
field:
