I have purchased a lifetime licence in 2008 but recently the licence stopped working.
I have contacted camfrog support, sent them screenshot of my invoice and the reply i; I need to contact them from e-mail address that I have initially purchased the licence.
I kindly asked them about; which e-mail address I have used cause I dont really remember since Its been 12 years already and I am ready to prove my ID..
Since then, they stoped sending e-mails to me.
