Hi,
Its just like any other University spread all over in Manila, China, Russia & Nepal.
All students have to clear MCI screening test to practice in India.
Its as same as agent so off course you don't need other agents.
Its completely advertisement of particular University via Baraunian platform.
I don't find its a big news or beneficial news for Baraunians.
Sorry but I felt this, its my personal view.
