            we fail to motivate our juniors or aware/get them information about our group.....as only few students upto 2012 batch joins our group.we have talk to our teachers to ask them about our groups....

This is life experience those who recently pass out 

They don't need to join alumini so quickly 

It will take 10 yrs -20 yrs to realise their 

School mates . Then they will join the club 

Person who recently completed their year 12 

More interested to expire the world xmd career pathway and job opportunities . So we never failed all these members from 2012 -2016 alumini join in 15 yrs time frame 😀😀😀

Let them explore the world

Dear Prashant,

Good to see you taking lot of interest for Baraunians cause. 

Putting a flex banner that will contain information on Baraunians activity, process of joining the group and about the forthcoming career counselling information within the campus lets say between SUPW and Chemistry lab will help and motivate the youngsters currently in the school.  

If it is agreed, please call super seniors like Umesh bhaiya, Devendra bhaiya, Bhardwaj bhaiya or Nidhi didi or others for the content. The total cost of a super flex with 4X8 dimension will be less than 1000/-.
