KYC: BANK ACCOUNTS

Dear All,


At present, I am heading the State Bank of India, SME Barauni Fertilizer Township branch. The beauty and prosperity of the township has also gone with the residents. It is really difficult to witness the present seen.

By the way, coming back to the purpose, the residents of township were maintaining their accounts with State Bank of India and now left it inoperative with meagre amount. These accounts either has to revived or to be closed, hence, with this forum, I appeal to everybody who is having their or their parents/relatives account, to submit the suitable letter with our branch along with copy of following documents: -

1. Application (format enclosed)
2. Proof of Identity (PAN Card, Election Card, Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card)
3. Proof of Address (Electric bill, Telephone Bill, Letter from Employer, Passport with same address etc.)
4. Two photographs

I request everybody to spread the message to all known asking to submit the above said documents at the earliest.

As these accounts are KYC deficient as per the RBI guidelines, we may forced to close the accounts and send the proceeds to the last recorded address.

Hope it will be taken in right spirit and everybody will show the financial discipline.

At present i live in Delhi and my family presently live in the township how it is possible to fill the kyc form and submit the document there
     Plz suggest what can i do for this
