First Dates

Hi Everyone,

Please RSVP to me as soon as possibe if you plan to participate in
this first round of "First Dates" brochures. Please send me your
company name and show name and dates at sh...@elgatotheatre.org. I'll
solicit more listing information shortly.

Also, we do not yet have a graphic designer. I have a couple of leads
that I'm following up on, but if you know of any that are likely to be
willing to help, plese let me know as soon as possible.

Egypt Theater is trying to liquidate their assets ASAP.

They are being evicted and desperately need to sell 30 years worth of
costumes, musical equipment, lighting and sound equipment. They have no
staff to speak of. Their director, Minnie, is disabled and does not have
access to the internet. She wants to put out the plea to all theater
companies to help them liquidate their assets before their final
eviction on Tuesday, July 29.

If you would like to see what they have that might be of interest you
are welcome to come Saturday July 27 from 12- 5pm and Sunday July 28
from 12-5 and on Monday July 30 12-5 pm. Their address is 5306 Foothill
Blvd, Oakland. You will need to bring cash only and your own transport
vehicles. If you would like to contact Minnie directly her phone number

might be an extension to this sale.
