One note that I should have mentioned in the earlier announcement for BAPHL 16: if you would like to volunteer to construct, test-solve, or help with GC for BAPHL 16, please contact bap...@baphl.org to let us know. Also, if you would like to construct, the deadline for testable first drafts is September 1, so don't delay!
