When I activate wifi on my smartphone (Xiaomi Redmi Note 7) the wifi network is not seen quickly even if I am very near to my openwrt router. Sometimes 5 minutes may pass before the network is seen and the smartphone connects to it. In sporadic cases the smarphone connects quickly to wifi.
After performing other tests there is another strange behaviour: I activate wifi on xiaomi, a list of wifi networks appear but my openwrt network is not on the list, ... i wait for 5 minutes but the network does not appear; at this point, I go to xiaomi wifi settings and i remove the saved configuration (password) of my openwrt network, I re-add manually the same configuration (password) and the network suddenly appears and xiaomi connects to it.
Yes the MAC filter is likely the issue. When the phone probes with a random MAC, which is not in the whitelist, the AP does not respond. Android will not show an AP in its list until that AP has responded to a probe request.
I know that MAC filter is not a guarantee from a security point of view (since the MAC address might be obtained from probe requests) but sometimes it could be useful as additional layer of protection to prevent unauthorised access to the network by non-IT expert people that might know the wifi password.
Most other routers with a MAC whitelist configured will reply to probes from non-listed MACs. OpenWrt used to as well, but it changed in the code sometime last year. I don't know if it is an OpenWrt specific patch or something generally added to hostapd upstream.

As you've both mentioned your devices are running Android 9, I suspect the crash you've described is related to one we identified with the update to 80902003 specifically on Android 9 devices. Our development team has marked this as a high priority and is already testing a fix internally. We should have the fix available in upcoming beta and production releases.
If you require access to 1Password on your Android device in the meantime until the fix is available for 1Password 8 for Android, as long as you had installed 1Password 7 for Android on one of your devices via the Google Play Store at some point, you can install 1Password 7 for Android on the device again alongside 1Password 8 for Android by following the steps below:
The solution provided by @Atnaize above to enable "Display Pop Up" is not available on the newest android versions, no "other permissions" are available. Version 8 does not autofill, no option to autofill on websites in chrome, Firefox or edge browsers.

I was listening to music normal and it started lowering the volume by itself. I tried to get the volume higher a few times (pressing the up volume button or using the screen) but it kept going all the way down.
So i turned it off and cleaned it a little bit just in case something was bothering the button from the outside, or if the system was stuck. Then when I opened it and it still thought that the down button was pressed so it sent me to fast boot. Somehow I managed to boot it properly and now it seems to be okay, but i think it will happen again.
For people who has this issue and hitting table doesn't work, i found an app named 'buttons remapper & combinatin' by 'Irishin'. You should download it, then give permission and then click + button in app, choose the button with the problem for me it is 'volume +', choose 'do nothing' for the action and enable 'block system action'. From now on my volume up button is not sensing anything. For increasing volume , i will use volume down button to see the volume window on screen then will use touchscreen to turn the volume on.
This works best for me so far, thank you so much. It was suddenly not working (said remapper is malfunctioning) but I reinstalled it and works again. I've tried to solve this by pressing the middle space between two buttons and didn't work but this app did!
I got a xiaomi redmi note 8. And today I experienced the same thing and it started when I was playing league of legends: wild rift and it becomes a hindrance in my game as it blocks the buttons I use to play the game. If you want a visualization; the volume always appear in the screen, every second so it doesn't go away. I tried restarting the device but the options to "airplane mode";"silent mode";"restart";"shutdown" don't appear. So, I long press and the device shuts down. Then when I try to open it go to Fast Boot. I tried doing what Mustafa said and in addition tried to clean the earphone slot with cotton buds with 99% alcohol. After that my phone goes back to normal. (I already have pried open the back of my device to try to fix the buttons itself but don't know how to get into the buttons itself.) Hope this helps the others before they pry open their device.
I already enabled the Developer Options in the device, switch on to USB Debugging, install the USB Drivers and accepted the RSA debugging fingerprint pop that appears when I plug it on USB port for the first time.
Just to help anyone who have the same problem: it was entirely related to the "Install via USB" option in the Developer mode, that MIUI would not let me activate. After numerous attempts and reboots of the device, it finally activated and the deploy worked at the same time.
Wait for several seconds, a notification on your Xiaomi phone will display Install via USB, then you need touch Install to allow the app to be deployed on your device. You can choose to remember this option.
I had solved this by turning off the MIUI Optimization. In case you did not get the MIUI Optimization option in your developer settings, just you need to reset the default values option by tapping it multiple times.
I remember a recent thread on the q30. A guy that had two q30s and he stated that they had different firmware version. Since the q30 and q35 are so similar in build, I am wondering if yours is a different firmware as well than what I would have as I got mine when they first came out. .
You stated that yours does not have the second picture but if it has the first picture (came from Liberty air 2 pro) do you have the radio button on the ldac under the sound mode. Is the LDAC radio button selected? If they did the q35 similar to the q30 potentially then your screens may be different than the first ones that came out.
