Could you please legislate for the Government to pay any of my fully acknowledged period of 2.5 years (contributory) pension as the youngest Principal ever appointed in the Ministry of Transport from 2001 when they were required to under take the FSSU process on the three policies that they still hold 25 years later, say that “they cannot find” and have refused to pay a penny of what I am owed for 25 years?

The basis of pensions is delayed payments in which you can trust

The government has glaringly failed to do this and are still refusing to execute their responsibility ility to do so

They even deleted the records in 2007 in order to avoid their responsibility on the basis that I had personally executed the required FSSU actions at maturity at my 60th birthday for the 3 policies covering my earlier MOT service as an SSO that I had successfully managed to extract from them earlier (I even had to correct the governments errors in failing to set the maturity dates correctly: they did nothing at all that they were legally bound to do on this higher salary period as Principal but I was able to fix properly for the three policies I had managed to extract from them

This is a public scandal of a theft imposed on an 84 year old fighting the responsible government for quarter of a century

Please leave all identifying details in this submission it is central for the accurate consideration of this important submission
