LUMP SUM STATE PENSION AND IS THERE A WEB SITE?

Hi All,
We requested to start our pensions on July 1st and get a lump sum for our 12 years of deferred pensions. Payment date for lump sums according to DWP is Friday after pension commencement but we have not yet received anything. Has anyone received a lump sum and know when we can expect it? Is there a web site where you can check payment amounts and dates they will be paid? I can only find web sites telling you how to get an estimate of future pensions.
We would be most grateful for advice please.

Might I suggest ringing to ask? They’re usually helpful - you need to ring the International Pensions Centre.

IT IS ABOUT 2TO 3 WEEKS BEFORE YOU GET , THEY WILL HAMMER YOU WITH TAX YOU SHOULD HAVE WAITED A FEW WEEKS ?.
