subject: the same mentality continues in the society towards bankmen, nobody to guide.

dear friends,

when one of the Canara Bank workmen in  Hyderabad city was to marry the next day morning in sixties, he was working in the Bank till midnight.it is horrible to even hear.

because he was not properly guided.

when one of the Canara Bank officer posted in Rural area ,the officer himself was opening

the shutters,he was cleaning the floor and  he got pulmonary disease and sacrificed his

life.No one was there to guide.

And many of the Canara Bank officers were observed by the society to have worked in 

the Sundays and Holidays.even many of the workmen and officers sacrificed their balance

of privilege leave, sick leave before retiring.

when a branch Manager in a branch thought of offering a glass of water to a customer,

no sub-staff was seen nearby to help.

And a customer knowing that bank job was not lucrative to marry his daughter to a bank

employee he had cancelled the engagement.

these are only illustrative but not exhaustive.

I think the same situation was with all the banks till the scheme of Voluntary Retirement was

introduced and the new SVRS scheme indirectly made to contribute the exit of thousands

of  bank men.,enough is enough.

even now people at the helm of affairs including so called Union leaders are having negative

attitude and they are denying 5 day week to bank men.

when the society at large is sadist towards bank men, it is sign that the society is on volcano

and a day is not far off for the volcano to break out. 

Let noble thoughts come to the society to ward off the evil.
