 Hon'ble Justice Vikram Nath shall not be holding Court on 13.8.2026 also. Hence The MC Singla matter. will not be taken up due to non availability of Justice Nath. We shall wait for the Regular list of 19.8.26 for likely inclusion of matter in 19.8.26 list.
