TPA for the new IBA Health Insurance - Raksha TPA?

Hello, I have received few whatsapp messages saying Raksha TPA is the new TPA instead of MD India. Is this news true? If so why has there been no circular or communication about the same yet? 

Also I tried logging into their website and downloading the E-Card but without any success. Any information regarding the same would be very helpful.

Sir, You can send an email to your TPA giving details of the Bank and your employee no. and request them for the E-card.

Dont know which Bank you belong to.There are many TPAs

RakshaTPA is alloted to canara Bank. They may be handling other banks also

You pl.try this no

Create whatsapp of this no

Type your registered phone no

You get various options

You type the no related to E Card

You get the card

I am telling these based on assumption that the no is not bank specific

If no is bank specific and you do not belong to canara bank you will have to get that no from your friends

I haven't received any information/communication regarding the TPA however I was able to get the E-Card using their website but it only shows my base coverage and not the super top up amount. 

I have sent an email to the TPA but there has been no response from them yet and the whatsapp number which you have mentioned is not working either.

Hi all,

Canara Bank has changed TPA for this year 2022-23 (Nov 22 to Oct 23). "Raksha" is the new TPA.

Please see the attached documents (pertaining to "Retirees of Canara Bank") for more information.
