GST

Glad to inform that the Hon'ble Division Bench of the High Court of Kerala has granted us interim order in our appeals challenging the single bench judgement which dismissed the Writ petitions seeking to exempt the health insurance policies of retirees from GST . As per the interim order,the stay against levying of GST will continue till the appeals are finally disposed of.

The detailed order shall be forwarded as and when it is uploaded.
