               Uco Bank has issued H.O. Circular CHO/PMG/22/2015-16 dated 08-10-2015, Medical Insurance Scheme for Retirees. Inform all retirees to go through Bank's Website for Applying Online BEFORE 25-10-2015 and also Hard Copy along with Photos to be submitted to H.O. PSD by Speed Post/Courier to reach before 31-10-2015. Premium Fixed is Rs. 7494/-. For officers and Rs. 5621/-. To Workmen. This is One Time Option ONLY. Later they will NOT ACCEPT.

Uco bank has alloted TPA HERITAGE for the health insurance scheme for its members. But it has not sofar issued any instructions as to how to download the e-card from the websites of the tpa. If anyone has any idea about this the same may kindly be posted for the benefit of ucobank members of the blog.
