RETIREE OF 1986 TO 2001 TO TILL
2022/23 MAY GET FIXED EX-GRATIA DEPENDING ON PERIOD OF BIP.SETLT,WHICH VILL BE SOME HUNDRED TO FEW THOUSANDS.(500 ₹- 2000 ₹).

NOBODY BOTHERS ,SO WHY WE BOTHER ? ie unions,courts or govt.

LET US LIVE A PEACEFUL LIFE.

(Aged tortoise has no strength even to put its head out.) NO💪.

This is the likely ex gratia.  Of course,  this is still under consideration. 
This is in line with the observation of CHV of merger of DR at 8088 for all retirees. 
But the amount of ex gratia is constant and DR is not given.  
All retirees will get a common DR.
The total pension of past retirees are some what aligned to the pension if the present day retirees. 
This for your information

Ex-gratia should be according to the date of retirement.  Pre 2002 retirees should get more ex gratia than the recent retirees.
