ALL INDIA CONSUMER PRICE INDEX NUMBER FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKERS  (AICPIN-IW) FOR SEPT. 2023

As per release made today by Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour and Employment ,Govt.of India, the All India Consumer Price Index Number for Industrial Workers(AICPIN-IW ) Base Year 2016=100 for Sept. 2023, stood at 137.5 points  with an decrease of 1.70 points while compared to Aug.23 figure as furnished here under:

            Base year 2016=100.                 1960=100

July 2023      139.7                          9183.68

Aug. 2023      139.2                      9150.81

Sept. 2023     137.5               9039.06

Bank Workmen/Officers  DA payable for next quarter may go up with *61 Slabs* at 48.51%, from current 44.24%.

Bank pensioners DA for next half year will be arrived based on index numbers for Oct., Nov. and Dec. 23.
