Sir,

Supreme Court daily cause. List of Misc. matters to be heard on 22.7.26 FOR COURT No. 2 has just been released and the CA. 7993/23 of MC Singla and other connected cases have been listed in misc maters list at item 21 and shall be taken up before the regular matters list.

Sir, to recapitulate the matter, we will have a briefing session with our respected Sr. Advocate and the team of advocates appearing with us on 20th July and 21 July. We have also requested

Mr. Sunny Choudhary AOR for petitioners to again brief their Senior Counsel also. On 22nd July 26 the matter may reach for hearing in Court in the morning session itself and we are fully ready for the presentation of our arguments..
