The adage " POUNDING OF RAINS ON HARD ROCKS". (translated from Kannada).

is what is happening for all the Pre 2002 pensioners. Meetings , Discussions etc are to camouflage the genuine appeals, pleadings of these set of aged pre 2002 pensioners. 

The IBA, UFBU, AIBOC, ETC are not interested in welfare of pensioners , particularly pre 2002. Unfortunately they decide our fate.  They do not worry about post - 2002 pensioners since subsequent BPS and DA FORMULA is fetching them  decent and good pension automatically. Updation if at all happens is desired/demanded to be again spread over all pensioners which would be further more beneficial to post 2002 pensioners . Naturally cost will shoot up and updation will be put in cold storage.  

IN THE FINAL ANALYSIS PRE-2002 PENSIONERS ARE ORPHANS.

LET US NOT WORRY ABOUT UPDATION.  ALMIGHTY WILL BESTOW WHAT IS THERE IN OUR SHARE BY OUR DEEDS AND HUMANITY. LET US FOCUS ON OUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, SOCIETY , OUR HEALTH AND MANY OTHER GOOD THINGS

WHICH MAKES LIFE MEANINGFUL.

First of all no body knows who is running the banks. Is it by Bankers Association or by UNIONS or by  Government. If you question the bank , the bank says they have reffered the matter to their Association. The association says it is functioning according to the banks instructions. The Unions say the banks association is not caring them. Already the PENSION scheme is agreed by banks and Government. These mummurthys are trying to hide the misuse of funds in pension fund account at the cost of Retirees life. People have faith  on banks but to day  its own retired employees lost their faith on banks because the banks are not implementing the agreed pension scheme for the past 30 years.

The pensioners are taken as 'nobody's baby'. Can we expect due attention and justice from any quarter ? The surviving pensioners are destined to toil with this pressure for the rest of their life. Let us be on-lookers and be contented with what we are getting as we are helpless having exhausted almost all the possibilities.

Easier said than done Mr. Sridhar. In today's world where "labour is available so cheaply in our country",nobody is indispensable or irreplaceable. In today's pvt sector after 40-45 one is subjected to rigorous performance reviews & is somehow or the other kicked out. Who will feed you then? Add to that MNCs don't have PL encashment, DA etc. If u r working as a consultant even PF is not deducted in many organisations. If at all deducted is mere Rs.1800 pm.

In each & every way, u r nothing more than a slave & ur old age (40+ yrs) is nothing but gloomy & a nightmare dream. After 40-45 these unlucky employees start their own "start-ups" which r facing severe hardships or some get some job offer which offer "pity " salaries for posh job titkes & long working hours.

I have seen in many places they are not getting competent hands. They are struggling to find competent personally. Definitely a competent person is indispensable. The employers cannot afford illtreat competent personally.

Not ridiculing but saying the reality. In present pvt sector jobs some earn handsome whereas others r left 2 fend for themselves. Otherwise y is that many ppl r ready 2 leave pvt sector jobs 4 a lesser paypack govt jobs?

That is because one can get along without working much. Only seniority counts. I need not elaborate. I am sure you have seen this in your service. I have seen some special assistants just checking 6 vouchers a day and refusing any additional work, saying not their job. Were they refused increment?. Govt job is good. for them

There is difference between "Money Wage" and "Real Wage". As far as I  know, as per personal choice of  the job-seekers , those who have priority for job security will definitely opt for the employers who provide secure jobs.
