BMS circular on bank pensioners issues

BMS has issued a letter numbered BMS/C28/19/2026 addressed to DFS in respect of bank pensioners issues namely Pension updation,Ex-gratia review, Health insurance premium.

It is posted in YouTube channel videos. It is not clear.Unable to read it.

If anyone can post a PDF copy, here...please do it.
