Dear Sir,

Sri E M Sudarshan Nachiappan, MP is sworn in today as State Minister for Commerce in central governement. It is a happy news for us as Sri Nachiappan has always supported the cause of bank retirees. So AIBRF leadership should use this opportunity to congratulate him and seek his support in resolving our long pending issues.

Rightly said. this is indeed a golden opportunity as he knows the problem of the bank pensioners in depth and he also served in various parliamentary committees related to the sector. the leadership has to consider this as  a god given opportunity and since election is also round the corner the time is ripe to take up the matter with him

It is our bad luck Shri. s. Nachiappan not allotted Finance portfolio. Hope with his knowledge about retirees problems, we get justice soon

Dear Sir,
Even though he is not holding Finance portfolio, if he wants to help the bank pensioners, by virtue of his present
position, he can do it. I find that AIBRF general secretary has written to him on his elevation congratulating on
his joining Union Cabinet and expecting his continued patronage to the Bank retirees' cause

Dear Friends
Whether a delegation of  group of very senior Pensioners along with the office bearers of AIBRF can meet Hon. Nachiappan , Minister,  and seek his influence to arrange a meeting with finance Minister. I believe, it may give boost to our cause

Dear All,
On DA neutralization things are back to square one. These days Electronic Media & social sites are playing havoc.Mrs Sonia Gandhi, Mr. Manmohan Singh & allmost all MPs are quite active on TWITTER.

Let all of us at our level write in our own language  on Twitter for each TV channel, each MP,MP Sonia Ji rahul gandhi & even to opposition leaders besides Finance Minister,Prsedent of India(EX FM).

This can create SHIVERS if properly followed & executed.,

Quite a reasonable expectation. But an MP is like a free bird.As A Minister, anybody would have reservations/compulsions.Let us pray, the Hon'ble Minister would prefer to continue the patronage.

True ,the situation is difficult. But govt never listens to us when the situation is comfortable. In any case we have to wait for bipartite to be negotiated.I don't think of any early relief unless some miracle happens. It appears that both IBA and UFBU are inclined to finalise the bipartite within six months.Let us hope that at least to avoid unpleasant criticism,,the bipartite may be clinched within next six months. The regular employees are also fed up because they have to pay all arrears last time towards securing Pension option and are expecting an early finalisation of 10th bipartite.
Optimism is healthy!
With regards,
P B Sarma.
