When the settlement of pension scheme clearly says about pension updation why IBA, Banks, and UNIONS are playing the game by not revising the pension.Unions are saying that there is no fund to revise pension.These leaders never travel in trains and never stay in ordinary hotels because it is not their money but to others they talk all sorts rules and they will act as if they are holding the economy of our country in their HANDS.In2015 itself I issued a circular to all branches of all banks with title (RAISE YOUR VOICE) by spending money from my pocket

.Now Ihave already filed a case inMHS Going to courts are  a long process.So it is better to expose the bank and unions whatever way you can

The Unions did not scrutinise what they agreed in the Settlement and the draft Pension Regulations forwarded by the IBA to Banks for adoption by the individual Bank Boards.

Secondly, since the Regulations cap all the negotiations/settlements, the judiciary easily dispose the cases on the basis of the Regulations.

By the grace of God and good wishes of you all, I am looking forward
to normal life, defeating Covid19.

In first week I & my wife noticed some problems and started
medication. On 7th  we had Covid test, which was positive and so we
were put in home isolation. It was difficult time, as no one was
around to care us, but God was sole Savior.

Our health was every day monitored by Chief Minister office, District
Magistrate, Dist Health authorities twice. My house was sanitized by
Municipal Corporation on their own. Medical officers visited home
provided medicines, phone number with an assurance to all possible
assistance in case of any emergency.

We are out, but feel weak and picking up. I think, no cause of worry now.

I thank you all. I am now with you at our mission ahead.
