 PNB, IBA & UNION OF INDIA : 

1. 19/02/26: PNB has filed Pension Paid Charts (not on the lines of what SC directed) covering payments to Ex GM, Ex Manager & Ex Clerk covering period between 2000 to 2026.

PNB has also sought permission to file additional documents - a Joint note relating to 12 th Bipartite Settlement which has also been annexed with other documents.

2 IBA has also filed 118 page documents contents of which are repeat of their original Affidavit !!

The entire effort seems to delay and deny the Pension Updation!

3 Advocates for original petitioner have also filed

Few others whose applications for party to original petition have also filed affidavits with documents.

Common office report of SC ,on 25th Feb'26 hearing of Late M C Singla case is attached below for information;

IBA intentionally submitted defective documents and did not rectify it inspite of notice. How can judge proceed with the case without required data. The whole idea is to ensure that hearing does not take place today. It is totally unbelievable that IBA DFS  with battery of high profile lawyers could not rectify mistakes. If they manage today  then court will be closed for Holi holidays and case will be next listed during March end or April.

It is very unlikely that Hon.Judge will proceed with the case. May be adjourned.
