One might not have missed to see today's news item"SC slams own court ruling denying bail to Umar &Shanjeel."

This shows there is scope for modified interpretation by highest body of judiciary. 

So, in the Siingla case we may keep hope that SC may have differing point of view from 2 earlier HC judgements. 

In the past few days we are witness to a kind of mock court proceedings of singla case and  DA merger @100-2016.

Let us not pooh pooh the gentlemen ms sanjay and Ramani

Who have infused flicker of hope in 35(1) and wait for verdict. 

Those advocates of negotiation for achieving updation, would they be able to explain wherefrom funds will come to fulfill AS 15 norms for updation when DFS/IBA duo are steadfast in the matter
