WEEKLY LIST FOR 11TH -12 TH MARCH'26 AT APEX COURT.CA NO 7993/2023

Dear Friends,

As per weekly list published by Apex Court for 11th and 12th March'26 case No 7993/2023 and connected cases are found  on last serial numbers at 233 and so before Court no.2.

As such chances of taking up the case seems to be remote on that days.Let us wait and see while daily list publish.

I am confident that M C Singla case will be listed and heard on 12th Mar 2026. Daily list may not be in the same order as in the weekly list. previously M C Singla case was in Serial No.93 in the weekly list. But in  daily list it was No.1. This date is fixed by Hon.Judge after consulting advocates. Usually Registrar will not take Liberty to change such dates. Let us hope case will be heard on  and concludes  on 12th March.
