*What can happen if the plaintiff wishes ill, only what God wills will happen*.
*Whether Mr. Tushar Mehta comes to fight the Singla case on behalf of PNB, or any other senior advocate comes to fight on behalf any respondent, neither can he change the pension regulations, nor can he alter the signed settlements, nor can he change their meanings .Therefore, the arrival of any lawyer will not make any difference to the case, as long as our lawyer presents the issues suggested by us before the court, whether it is the letter written by IBA to Mr. R.N. Godbole regarding pension updation on RBI lines, Clause 12 of Settlement 29.10.1993 or the question of depositing adequate funds in the fund as per Regulation 11, or updation pension in every BPS as per Regulation 35-1, or implementation as per Regulation 56 of CCPR 1972, and ensuring justice according to Article 14, Article 21, and Article 301A of the Indian Constitution*.
*All these together will get us pension updation. As far as we believe, there will be no pressure on the Supreme Court from either the IBA or the government, but there will definitely be pressure to deliver justice, and we only want justice*.
*With best wishes*,
