Dear Friends,

                                   Few of the members were found seeking information  on Master Policy issued by their own banks under this column. They can get such  details from their own banks. 

                                   However for the information of members in general  a Copy of Master Policy Issued by United India Insurance Company to one of the PSBs is furnished here under:                                  

                                  Tailormade Group Mediclaim Policies for  retirees in the name of Indian banks Association , have already been  issued by United India Insurance Company,  under.  IBA's new Medi Claim Insurance Scheme to each  member banks, pertaining to retirees those who have paid premium along with details of their spouse.

                                  

1) Specific policy number 

2) Period of insurance cover

3) Policy schedules with details of retirees as per list attached along with

4) Names of insurance Broker/ TPA allotted to individual banks

5) Gross premium paid by the concerned banks for retirees

6) with Terms & conditions etc.
