"Sir,
I am informed that Hon'ble Supreme Court has changed the procedure for publishing the weekly list and daily list of Regular Matters.

Now onwards Court will issue on Friday evening the combined category wise weekly list of Regular Matters to be heard on next Wednesday and Thursday and only one list for Wednesday for 20 matters will be issued as it has been issued for 21.1.26.

Depending on the position of matters heard on wednesday list for 22.1.26 will be issued 21 1.26 at 8 pm evening.

And our matter, for example, is added in 22.1.26 Thursday list, the lawyers have to be present in Court at such short and sudden notice to argue the matter. If
the matter is not taken up for hearing on Thursday, the list will lapse and once again we have to wait for the list on Friday night for next weekly and Wednesday list.

We will discuss this new situation with Dr. Manish Singhvi Sr.Adv and request him to kindly again mention the matter before Hon'ble Court for listing of the matter in NEXT Wednesday list.

We are also requesting the PNB pensioners/ petitioners counsel Mr. Sunny Choudhary Adv to move the formal Early hearing application & Mentioning Application as we done the same twice earlier to bring the matter on board in Oct. and on 10th December 25. -
