Revision family pension in Bank of Maharashtra wef 01.04.2021

Dear friends, 

The widow of my late friend (who retired from Bank of Maharashtra in 2018 and died in early 2022) did not received the effect of revision of family pension wef 1st April 2021. Her basic pension is 15% of her husband's pensionable pay and not 30% as per revision.

Bank of Maharashtra branch is non cooperative on this issue and refused to give any updates. I would be obliged if any member of this group retired from Bank of Maharashtra provide me with circular of Bank of Maharashtra on revision of the family pension. It will help me fight for her rights.

You may please contact Bank of Maharashtra's Pension Cell / HR Department (Head Office, Pune) directly via email or the retired employees' portal/grievance section. Provide the PPO number, deceased employee's details, and reference the 2021 DFS approval for the 30% enhancement w.e.f. 01.04.2021.( Since pension drawing branch reported to be not co.operating)
