Dear Shri Srinivasa Murti Devulapalli and Shri K.V.Venkataramana,


I understand sometime we meet unexpectedly our old friends here and would like to keep in touch with them. Once we know their personal mail id, in the interest of other members in the group it is better to write directly to their personal mail id for discussing matters other than pension related.


I am sure you would agree with me, other members may not be interested in reading “How are you?, What are you doing? kind of mails.


I opened the link provided by Shri Venkataramana with the hope to read some kind of pension related matters but thoroughly disappointed to see the content.


The purpose of this “Pensioners group” as stated by moderator in the home page is as follows:


There are many issues at individual level pensioner, which can be raised here. The idea is to share and exchange of knowledge of various pension rules, court judgments for the benefit of all bank pensioners.


So before you two proceed to the next level of chatting, kindly understand my mail in the right perspective and share your knowledge with us regarding pension related matters only.

LET THIS YEAR BRING US THE MUCH AWAITED
100% DA NUTERALISATION, UPDATION OF PENSION,
UNIFORM MEDICAL AID, SUBSTANTIAL ENHANCEMENT IN THE EX GRATIA FOR THE PRE 1986 RETIREES AND ALSO THE EX GRATIA PAYABLE TO THE WIDOWS OF PRE 1986 RETIREES.
 
I note with regret that many members use this blog
only to critise others, other unions and indulge in  unnecessary character assasinations.  Let us all resolve in this New Year to refrain from such unwanted activities.
 
The need of the hour is that all the retirees are united. Each one of us has to join the respective Bank wise Retirees' Association by which only the Retirees' movement can be strengthened.  Lot of time and energy were spent for acquiring one more option for pension.  Had all the bank employees opted for Pension at the first instance, we would have achieved many more things.
 
Every one of us know that we do not have enough strength to stand on our own legs. Till we attain such a position, we will have to necessariy take the help from the Service Unions.  Fortunately, UFBU has been
helping us a lot.  Let us have cordial relation with them.
 
All India Bank Retirees' Federation's conference shall be held in Kolkatta from 01 03 2012 to 03 03 2012.
Let us all attend the Conference, have meanigful discussion and take positive decisions to strengthen the movement and to fight and get our things done.
