What is conveyed to the reader in para 5 is unclear and confusing. It is not understood as to who made a mention in the joint meeting about pension updation, one of the demands contained in the strike notice. Was it AIBOA or IBA and what was actually mentioned?

It is evident from the AIBOA circular, unions are not reporting  actual proceedings of BPS meetings but circulating edited one as they want. AIBOA says IBA made specific mention about updation in the meeting but other unions have not reported this in their circular.

It was clear that the strike notice of 8 constituents was on the demand of 5 Day Banking where as the notice of AIBOA was on other issues too. Accordingly IBA made a mension and AIBOA explained their stand.
