Hello M/s KM Dastur

 

I am yet to receive the e Card, Insurance Policy, information regarding the TPA, accredited Hospitals, etc.  Please send the same at the earliest.

It is pending for over three months.....What happens if any medical contingency takes place

I would request the group pensioners and other insured retirees if they have received necessary policy details and e cards from M/s  KM Dastur

On the face , they seem to be highly  negligent and inefficient

As your details were forwarded under the 3^rd Endorsement, which is currently awaiting issuance from the Insurance Company. Hence, the e-card issuance is pending.

In case there is an impending hospitalization, please give us the details and we shall coordinate with the TPA and the Insurer to provide a hassle-free service.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and the inconvenience caused.

 

We would like to clarify that we are actively working on the matter.

 

Since many retirees were yet to enrol, we had to extend the enrolment period until 29th November 2025. This resulted in a delay in generating the policies and e-cards, as we could not submit partial data for policy issuance.

 

Please rest assured that we have already initiated the process of releasing the e-cards, and all members will receive their e-cards on WhatsApp within this week.

 

In case of any emergency hospitalization, we request you to kindly inform us immediately so that we can share the e-card on priority.
