PNB Circular --Centre for Sight

Punjab National Bank vide its HRMD CIRCULAR NO.  551/2021 dated 10/02/2021 has informed all staff members including retired ones that the Bank has been making continuous efforts to have tie-up arrangements with reputed hospitals/Diagnostic Centres for concessional rates for OPD consultation, Lab charges and General/Executive check-up. Accordingly, it has informed that it has made Tie-Up with Centre For Sight which has 145 Doctors with 47 eye care centres across India to provide following services to all employees including retired ones for a period from 01/02/2021 to 31/03/2022.

1. 25% Discount on Consultation Fees.
2. 15% Discount on all OPD &Procedures.
3. 10% Discount on all IPD Procedures.                                                                                                                                                 Services available at the Centre with terms and conditions have been mentioned in the circular. PNB Retirees may kindly note that the coverage will be available for their spouses also.                                                                                       Please go thru the Circular under reference.                                                                                                                                           --
