Greetings from K M Dastur Reinsurance Brokers Pvt Ltd 

In order to help the retirees in completing the forms we have now given a total of 5 numbers. Please ask all the retirees to call these numbers so that help can be extended to them.

Further please issue a circular from your end to all the retirees giving the following details

Incase someone faces a challenge with OTP, they can use the default OTP 1111

The Details of the SPOC who can assist you.

Those persons Abroad can join the policy using our default OTP 1111

An individual who wants to enhance the sum insured may now login and do so

An individual who wants to reduce the sum insured may also do so. However, in order to generate a refund a proper email is to be sent to us with reasons for the reduction. Since this is required by the insurance company as the amount is being collected by them and their compliance does not allow a refund without a proper letter requesting the same.

Any corrections in name etc. can be done by the person directly by logging in again.

I also request you to tell the retirees to not pay attention to the Status. The retirees who have not gone through the payment gateway and have done NEFT or UPI have not shared the details to us. These are still shown under pending. We request all of them to please share these details against the NEFT columns we have now updated on our site. Or send us an email. We can then reconcile the same and show them as complete.
