As if denying justice for 17 years not enough, it seems Banks have not issued any communication to Pension cell to disburse arrears even after 2 months of SC order. This may be due to interest cost is not a deterrent or lack of clarity in IBA instructions.

IBA sent instructions to implenent Honourable SC Judement on CPI 1618-1684 case.Has any bank made any developments?I request friends to share if they have information sbout any move from bank side on implementation

From which date interest on arrear @ 9 % will be paid. Is it from 30-05-2015. Supreme court judgement simply says " let the amount which was due and payable be paid with 9 % interst, to be calculated and paid within four months from toaday. " I think, earlier it was paid to from 2005.
