For the pre 2002 retirees it is beneficial if the CPI comes down. Just as
when Prices increase we are not fully compensated, when the Consumer Price
Index comes down we are the beneficiaries.

Checkup. However within the overall limit allowed under Sec 80 D.

15000. This 25000 is the overall limit which includes 5000 for Preventive
