As we all know, the DR in respect of pre 2002 retirees was determined in a tappered manner.Subsequently, this anomaly was rectified by the MOF and IBA wef Oct 2023..As such, the genuineness of reckoning the DR with 100% neutralisation  in respect of such retirees for arriving at the ex gratia amount goes beyond  ambiguity.The IBA and UFBU should take note of this and work in tandem for rectification.

Yes correct .even though we can assume that notional 100 percent da will be taken a clarification from IBA level wil put the matter to rest and we can expect the exgratia as per the formula.
