Dear Sirs,

While we point out deficiencies in their service, we fail to appreciate their positive side.

In my case my wife was admitted in the hospital on 7th June and there was no "cashless" provision. Discharged on 16th I submitted the claim on 24th. The hospital was very professional and they gave all the papers for the claim. The claimed amount was around ₹70k. They processed the claim on 27th and informed about credit tentatively on 10th July. But the amount was credited on 07th July itself.

They have disallowed around ₹4000 mostly utilities and consumables.
So no complaint and am happy about the credit within a reasonable period.

I am thankful to the Mediassist and wish them well.

I agree with Sri Ramchandran. In my case my wife was admitted on 1st of November. On my request TPA issued me I Card within 4 days. and sanctioned all my claims within
reasonable periods including cash less.

In my case ,my wife was admitted on 1st of November. I requested Medi assist to arrange for I Card to claim cashless. My hospital submitted the claim for cashless.
The insurer TPA issued the card on priority within 4 days and sanctioned cashless thereafter immediately. They also sanctioned post hospitalisation bills without any queries.
I had a good experience from this TPA.
