For Bank pensioners terms and conditions of DA etc are agreed by unions unlike government pensioners
These unions never consult retirees or their associations and before signing agreements never even calculate how much pensioners will lose in their life time and how it financially  impacts pensioners. Pensioners will come to know their 9 militant unions have agreed to such terms only after agreements are signed.  We must note that same Supreme court has rejected 100% DA demand. In every settlement IBA scares unions that for any pensioners benefit unions have to forego s part of wage tevion allotment. Then unions compromise and sign such agreements. If any union strongly raises pensioners issues they will be thrown out of BPS. Then they have to bring court order to join BPS.
In such situation all other unions will follow the script of AIBEA and AIBOC.
Above court orders will not help us.

On view of the judgement  dt 10.04.26 of Honourable Supreme Court, are such agreements which violate Art 14 of The Constitution valid.
Kindly throw some light on this for the benefit of all friends.
Thanks
