PS. It seems UFBU leadeership is seized of the matter of bank retirees and they want to settle our issues much within 90 days period agreed upon from the date of settlement. of X BPS. There is a communication gap between Bank Retirees and UFBU affiliates. Prudent on the part of UFBU leadership to pressurise IBA for involving all retiree groups to join together to form UFBR United Forum for Bank Retirees and sit on the negoitiating table for X BPS. UFBU of X BPS nust realize that on their retirement, they must also face music like all gullible bank retirees. In this connection, Comrades SC Jain, UFBU bank retiree grouops leader and Venkatachalam, Gangadhar Yadav, CN Prasad, NT Hegde, VenugopalCheriar, Bajranglal Chowdhary, etc., UFBU convenor from SBI may take initiative towards comprehensive X BPS for all Bank retirees. Let us pray the Almighty to shwer His choicest blesasings with 'the best counsel'  upon entire leaderhip.

Respected Ramchandran, Sir,

Good afternoon. You marked a copy olf your mail to CMD of your erstwhile BOB, wherein younworked there as their GM. I think, it shall have salutary effect on IBA embership, if you kindly take some more pains to address all CMDs of all Nationalised Banks and SBI and its subsidiaries. 

1. You may, also,  kindly appeal to their respective wisdom, since, they [Banks'  CMDs.,EDs.,GMS., and AGMs. running to more than a thousand] may have to face hardship once they are retired at a latter date. 

2. When Pension Fund is created 'just out of our hard earned PF, I paid 156% on retirement and working employees contributed sizeably], I do not know as to why no bank retiree nor AIBRF leaders nor UFBU affiliated retiree group leaders have no representation in X BPS?  

3. Why can't 'the court birds in AIBRF with legal acumen' approach NHRC, CAT, any High Court ----all the three legal entities have jurisdiction on MOF, Central Govt., IBA, etc. to issue orders to IBA, etc., to include UFBR [United Forum of Bank Retirees] to issue instant orders for inclution in X BPS talks ---------------so that, all bank retirees' multiplicity issues piled up over negligence of earlier BPS agreements.

4. If existing UFBU [of X BPS]with incomplete data and knowledge + ego

can't do 'comprehensive justice to one and all retirees.
