Your Main Target!
The impatience, which we see around we Pensioners these days, among us is not unusual. It's culmination of our anger and frustration arising out of no pension revision ever since it came into operation. Senior the pensioners, greater the financial distress added with health in security and diseases.
But, the impatience, which we see among Banks Union leaders, is for different reasons. The FM's interview in Business Line and her speech delivered to Bankers, proved Waterloo & disturbed the apple cart of all operating Unions and their puppet retirees outfits .
They feel badly exposed. Bank men fraternity had come to conclusions that all their plights, whether poor wages & service conditions or no pension revision or no health security, are because of inept handling of these issues by their Unions, who enter into agreement on untenable terms with Bankers .
FM's media interview and her speech in AGM of IBA proved last nail in the coffins of leaders. Message was very clear & loud in entire banking fraternity that government was sad for pitiable conditions of bank Pensioners and it wants of Bankers to address their issues. She called upon Bankers to give them "dues" .
It's always, when someone becomes irrelevant, he strives hard to become relevant, starts doing every things to acclaim back his relevance. It's the position of the 'retirees unions', one over 25 years older and other of 6/7 years. These both are pendulum (latkan-लटकन) of two major Unions, one of work men and other of officers. Had they sincerely worked even with little intensity, we think, this would have been of great help to Pensioners. Total escenario would have been different. Thousands, who died with their cherished desire to have their pension revised, would have gone abode with peace at soul.
Now, every one knows, what's the opinion of Finance Minister and what she feel and desire by heart for Bank Pensioners. We all know, Finance Minister is an authority, whose opinion & views matter a lot.
Even her slight hint was enough, but here she made an open issue beyond proportions through her interview and speech to Bankers .
To strengthen pensioners issues, she gave in citation, how the Defence people cared their retired veterans by achieving OROP.
Her aforesaid attributions, we can proverbially call it as 'well begin is half done .'
NOW, "OVER ACTIVISM " IS GREATEST PROOF OF EXPOSURE
The Ministers or the MPs are not new in system that they came with advent of Modi Government. They have been for long, as part of democratic governance .
Had ever we saw Unions making any business with them?
Now, we see new wave of 'trade' an old retiree outfit broaching with MPs, Ministers.
When the matter is seized upon by Finance Minister & government, this exercise is just a futile and at best to cover the unpardonable sins they committed towards Pensioners .
CONDEMN & SPIT ON SUCH PHOTO-SHOW
We call upon Bank Pensioners to continue their efforts with great optimism of succeess.
Honest & sincere efforts never go waste. Believe in your deeds & actions.
Yes, one thing please ensure that you should not miss your main target. Don't deviate or mix up it with else. First, concentrate on main issue of 'revision' that touches the lives of all. Try to achieve it as a part of 'system.' Once you get it on RBI line, way forward is yours.
