Dear friends,

Mr. Kirit Chauhan, employee of Central Bank of India , after 30 years of service resigned and was relieved after 27/04/2010. Bank refused to give him a second pension option.

He filed WP and bank was directed to give option but bank filed Appeal against the order and today Justice Vipul M Pancholi & Justice Hemant M Pranchank, dismissed the appeal [ LPA/156/2023] filed by the Bank.

Hope Bank will release the pension without escalating the matter to Supreme Court.

Thanks & Regards

Yes.Pathakji,
It is a good thing as far as  resigned employees.
Let us only hope that bank may not move to Apex Court.
