Court Hearing on Singla Case.

Sir. Nothing is clear about following the pension Regulation. Case itself is the same. Whether Updation clause is valid as per Central Pension Norms or RBI norms OR there is NO updation clause to fight with. 

Secondly, if the Verdict goes Negative, the whole Subject is sealed. Even New leader won't come to think of Updation. No subjudice or Out of Court settlement. I am doubtful whether the Exgratia payment will Continue after 2017.

Have No Hope on Leaders Bankers, DFS or Finance Ministry.  And our case will make Any Future Settlements in any Institution  as Non Updation Regulation.

The pension case came up for hearing along with the main Civil Appeal today before Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta today. The Court after hearing the Senior Counsel appearing in the main matter, directed the parties to file a chart showing the entitlement of pension to the pensioners who retired in three time periods. The Court opined in open court during the hearing that the Banks are liable to pay the pension as per the Regulations. The matters will be listed on 18.02.20206."

Retirees cannot have any say. Moreover it serves no purpose . AiBEA, oEA, OA all are aware of the problems of retirees . Even DFS and IBA also know. Only after court verdict comes, we may get solutions. If the verdict is in favour , nothing to worry.
