It appears that someone somewhere is misusing my e-mail to send business mails to our group and others . It happened earlier also and I have observed that it started after my arrival in USA on tour. I am at a loss and don't know what to do with it.  I request members who are in the know of system to help me so that I may be able to block misuse of my e-mail. However, I highly regret the incident and offer my sincere thanks to the moderator for the feed back. I am also endorsing a copy of this mail to postm...@hotmail.com. Please help.

Dear Saradindu Basu Sir,

It appears that your email account has been hacked. The culprit is not using your ID
for business purpose. Infact he is using it for spreading Spam, Virus, Trojans and other malicious softwares. You should do the following immediately.
1-   Change your email sign in password immediately. Change it daily for comming 3-4 days and after that frequently.
2   Make a hard rule for yourself that as soon as you have finishes your task in your emeil account, signout immediately. Never leave your emeil ID open.
3   Never reply an unknown or a doubtful client. Some times you will receive strange type of requests but please never reply these.
4   Never clik a URL from an email received from an unreliable source.
5   Down load a latest copy of Norton antivirus/Norton Internt security from www.symentec.com, install it and quick scan after every visit of internet and full system scane at alternate day. This software is provded free of cost for one month by Symentec corp.

With regards.
