Visit my website by clicking the provided secure link and follow the steps given under.
a. Select the correct retirement period.
For family pensioners, choose the deceased pensioner's retirement period or the family pension commencement period in case of death of employee while in service. (Family pensioners should choose retirement period of the pensioner and not the commencement of family pension, while choosing the retirement period.)
b. Enter the Basic Pension sanctioned/Subsequently revised (before effecting deduction for commutation i.e. without deduction for commutation). Since DR is calculated, on basic pension, this has to be taken for calculation. Also revised pension is also calculated on basic pension only.
c. Enter the Deduction amount for Commutation (Deduction for commutation is to be given, where full pension is not restored.)
d. If the commuted portion is restored or the deduction is Nil-enter Zero.. For those who retired before 2007- mostly commuted portion would be Nil, as by this time, full pension would have been restored. (exception – Pension/Commutation option exercised at a later date) For family pensioners, commuted pension portion would be Nil.
