Whether accrued arrears on account of this stagnation increment will be paid from 01-05-2015 to all eligible workmen and officers or only benefit will be passed on to pension only.

Please clarify.

As per IBA's letter,the benefit of notional stagnation increment is for the purpose of pension only , for those who retired during the period from 01.11.2012 to 30.04.2015, and with monetary benefit from 1/5/2015 only.

Vvns Varaprasadrao sir,  

 I am one of the beneficiaries. I read the iBA letter. The Stagnation Increment for 

pensioner is to be given wef 01/05/2015 for Pension Benefit. Therefore we will get the arrears of 
pension wef 01/05/2015. ( The pension is to be increased with 50% of the stagnation increment ).
I am sure about it.

As soon as IBA issued cir on stagnation increments AIBEA, AIBRF, AIBPARC all are claiming credit for the same as if this anomaly was created by some govt directions. They conveniently forget that this anomaly is created by unions themselves.
If they can pursue IBA on stagnation increment why did they fail to pursue IBA to extend 100% DA to pre 2002 retirees.
Like wise they signed an agreement on 01.05.2005 denying 100% DA to pre 2002 retirees without any rhyme and reason and not even obtained updation cost from iBA during last 10 years.
But in circulars they will write a big essay on the importance of updation etc and pass resolutions.
Only a few pensioners will fall for such tricks by unions.
