Is the prayer applicable only to the petitioners and not to all pensioners. This is ridiculous. This shd be made applicable to all pensioners subject to the outcome of the court case/judgement

What is the use of staying the  recovery of commutation? Usually court judgments come after 3-5 years. If the verdict goes in Banks favour they may recover  pending installments in one go which will put pensioners in hardship. instead petitioners should try for fast disposal of the case.
